2007 – 2010

May 2007

The first task to be completed was the installation of a proper gate at the entrance on Base Line Road.

October 2008

Those who joined the club in recent years will be amazed at the herculean effort required by club members to get the flying field into the condition we know it today. Next time you see one of these familiar faces – say THANK YOU for a job well done!

April 2010

After seemingly countless work sessions, the site will soon be ready. These pictures were taken during installation of the spectator fence.

The first photo is looking West – with the airfield on the left (S) and future solar farm on the right (N). No sign of solar panels yet!
